Building for the age of agents

Tools for agents.
Direction
for people.

AI agents are becoming part of how work gets done. We build the tools that help them work with purpose, clear boundaries, and a record of what happened.

More capable agents need
better tools around them.

A capable model is a starting point. Useful work also needs context, coordination, feedback, and a clear understanding of who decides what.

Pandion Labs is a home for tools that make that possible. Our ambition is to help people delegate meaningful work to AI agents while keeping direction, judgment, and accountability in human hands.

In alpha

Your agents do the work.
You command the crew.
Fishhawk holds the record.

A governed, auditable workflow for agent-driven software development. Fishhawk coordinates how agents plan, implement, and review changes, with explicit boundaries and human approval where it belongs.

03 / How we build

A few things we believe.

I.

People set the course.

Delegation should be deliberate. People define the goals, choose the boundaries, and make the decisions that deserve their judgment.

II.

The work should be legible.

Being able to see what happened, understand why, and learn from the result is part of doing the work well.

III.

Tools should work together.

We build for a world of many agents, models, and systems. Useful tools should fit the way people work and leave room to change.

The work starts here.

Better tools.
More considered autonomy.
